It all started back in the 1960s when the Maxwell Street market was in full swing. Stan’s father Frank made his Maxwell Polish sausage and supplied it to the vendors in the scene. This became a launching pad for the birth of the Bobak’s brand. Experience the original style Maxwell Polish sausage with Bobak’s Maxwell Polish.
