Bratwurst & Applekraut

3 c. tart apples, peeled, cored & sliced
27 oz. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 lb. Bobak’s Fresh Bratwurst, halved
¼ c. packed brown Sugar
1 tsp. caraway seed
¼ c. water

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and stir, cover and let cook for 4-6 hours.
