Liver Sausage Cream Cheese Ball

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Bobak’s Liver Sausage Chub
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
salt
parsley, chopped


Mix all ingredients, except parsley, together and form into a ball.  Roll ball in parsley and chill until serving. Serve with crackers.
