Our delicious, juicy, and tender Smoked Boneless Ham starts with whole lean muscles and then they are hand trimmed and infused with seasoning that is simply superb! It's then slowly smoked over natural hardwoods--none of that artificial stuff--for a simply perfect piece of ham every time!
Baking a Perfect Bobak's Ham
Start by placing the ham skin side down in a deep pan, and slice the top cross cross about ½'' deep. Pour some ginger-ale or semi-sweet red wine over the top until 1'' deep in the pan and cover with crushed pineapple, follow that by covering the pineapple with brown sugar. Place a few cloves on top, and cover heated for 2.5 hours at 325°F. Remove cover and bake for 30 minutes, or until pineapple starts to slightly brown, remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Carve and enjoy.
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1½ c. cheddar cheese, shredded
½ c. Bobak's Smoked Boneless Ham, diced
salt and pepper, to taste
12 slices whole grain bread, toasted & buttered
Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add to eggs along with 1 cup of the Cheddar cheese, ham, salt and pepper. Mix well. Preheat and butter a griddle. Use ¼ cup mixture for each sandwich. Fry until eggs are set; turn and fry on other side.
Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheese over tops. Serve on whole grain bread.
