Our Stadium Brats are made from our generation old recipe so it has that delicious Old World authentic flavor. Fresh pork is chopped and seasoned just like it always has been, and then stuffed into a natural casing. We fully cook these brats so all you do is heat and serve! With NO MSG, NO Gluten, and 0g Trans Fat you can enjoy this sausage without the guilt!
MICROWAVE: Place link in a shallow microwave safe dish. Add ½ inch of water. Cover. Microwave for approximately five minutes. Remove, pour off water and let stand two minutes before serving. (Since microwave ovens vary, cooking times are approximate.)
GRILLING: To avoid splitting open, place link on foil with small amount of water until heated through. Remove foil and brown. When not using foil, turn frequently (approximately 10 to 15 minutes). DO NOT PLACE COLD LINKS DIRECTLY ON HOTTEST SPOT OF GRILL.
PAN FRYING: Place link in a shallow pan with ½ inch of water and cover. Simmer and turn until heated through (approximately 7 minutes). To brown, pour off remaining water, remove cover, heat at medium until brown, turning occasionally.
Brat Au Gratin
3 c. potatoes, sliced & blanched
6 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1½ c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
1 package Bobak's Stadium Bratwurst (sliced diagonally ½'' pieces)
salt & pepper
Brown sausage. Place potatoes in a shallow, broiler proof baking dish. In saucepan over medium heat melt the butter; remove 3 tbsp. of butter into a cup, set aside. To the remaining butter in saucepan add flour, blend well, stir in milk. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until sauce is thick and smooth. Add browned sausage & cheese and continue stirring until cheese is melted. Pour additional butter over potatoes in baking dish; mix gently. Add sausage and cheese, and bake at 400ºF for 15 minutes to heat through, then broil until golden brown.
