Sausage Brunch Breakfast Cake

1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
¾ c. milk
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. Bobak’s Breakfast Little Smokies

Combine egg, milk & butter.  Mix flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg together.  Stir in egg mixture just until moist.  Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.  Arrange sausages on batter.

Mix 1 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon together, sprinkle on top of butter. Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes or until done, serve with syrup.
